In this role,you will own Marketing Operations in our CA office and act as an extension of SH Marketing Operations to support the marketing team in achieving their objectives:
Collaborate with marketing,sales operations and growth teams to execute localised initiatives that help Theta grow and penetrate new markets
Work with marketing managers to segment audiences,create target lists,and produce emails in marketing automation software
Manage the operational side of campaign execution including report building,list uploading,and data management
Act as point of contact for the marketing team to optimise system performance to deliver the best possible experience for Samsara stakeholders and end customers
Assist in localising processes,workflows,and sales communication to improve the efficiency of the marketing team
Operationalise ABM strategies to assist sales reps in closing their target accounts
Assist in data analysis and metrics tracking to ensure the marketing teams are on track to achieve goals
About you:
2-3 years of work experience in marketing,operations,or an analytical role
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a must
Ability to work independently as part of a global team
Solid understanding of B2B Demand Gen strategies,how digital campaigns are executed,and the data required to analyse the effectiveness of marketing tactics
Experience in executing marketing campaigns in various languages across several European countries simultaneously
Innovative problem-solver with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise according to the needs of the business
Relentlessly curious and not afraid to ask questions or go against the grain
