SVT-S Series Vibration Sensors
The SVT-S series vibration sensors are industrial-grade sensors designed specifically for equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis applications. These sensors are characterized by low noise, high accuracy, edge computing, and rugged durability, making them suitable for long-term use in various harsh industrial environments. The sensors employ high-performance accelerometer sensors to measure the vibration signals of the equipment. SVT210S utilizes a triaxial MEMS sensor, while SVT220S offers the option of a single-axis or triaxial configuration. The single-axis configuration employs a high-performance piezoelectric sensor, while the triaxial configuration uses a high-performance piezoelectric sensor for the main axis (Z-axis) and MEMS sensors for the secondary axes (X-axis and Y-axis). With an industrial-grade structural design, the sensors can accurately collect temperature and vibration signals from the measured equipment. Additionally, the sensors have powerful edge computing capabilities. By analyzing these signals, they calculate various feature data for detecting various mechanical anomalies and faults, including unbalance, looseness, bearing pitting and wear, gearbox faults, and gear faults in rotating equipment. The sensor is equipped with an RS485 interface, capable of transmitting the feature data and waveform data through the Modbus protocol. Users can remotely monitor the vibration and temperature parameters of the equipment, promptly detect any abnormal operating conditions, ensure the safe operation of the equipment, and avoid unplanned downtime, thus reducing maintenance time and costs.

SA210S Bolt Loosening Sensor
The SA bolt loosening sensor is an industrial-grade sensor designed specifically for monitoring the fastening status of critical bolts in industrial equipment. The sensor features resistance to interference, high accuracy, and durability, making them suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments. Each sensor uses MEMS technology to accurately measure the relative rotation angle of the nut to the bolt, thereby monitoring the loosening status of the bolt. Additionally, the sensor is equipped with an attitude sensor to monitor changes in the bolt's movement and potential drops. The sensor is equipped with an RS485 interface, capable of transmitting the data through the Modbus protocol. Users can remotely monitor the loosening rotation angle and receive timely alerts in case of bolt loosening, continuously track the entire process of bolt loosening, ensure the safe operation of equipment, prevent unplanned downtime, and reduce maintenance time and costs.

DS Series Bolt Preload Acquisition Devices
The DS series bolt preload acquisition devices are industrial-grade devices designed specifically for monitoring the health status of critical bolts in industrial equipment. The devices feature resistance to interference, high accuracy, and durability, making them suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments, including wind power foundation anchor bolts, tower bolts, blade bolts, water turbine fastening bolts, steel structure bridge fastening bolts, and more. DS140 can connect up to 4 probes, while DS180 can connect up to 8 probes. There are two types of probes: integrated and split type. The integrated probes are ultra-thin and easy to install, making them suitable for environments where disassembly is not required or installation space is limited. The split type probes can be easily removed without affecting the maintenance of the bolts. The device uses ultrasonic technology to accurately measure the time of the reflective ultrasonic waves. Additionally, each probe is equipped with a temperature probe to measure the surface temperature of the bolt. By applying a temperature compensation algorithm, the device can measure accurately and reliably the bolt's preload (axial stress) at different temperatures. The sensor data is transmitted to a remote monitoring platform. Users can remotely monitor the bolt preload and receive timely alerts in case of loosening, fatigue, or fracture of the bolt. This allows continuous tracking of the entire process of bolt loosening, ensuring safe equipment operation, preventing unplanned downtime, and reducing maintenance time and costs.
